5. Wallet, Entry Fees, and Prizes

  • Your account wallet may hold promotional credits and, where supported, funds you deposit.
  • Entry fees for paid tournaments are deducted from your wallet at the time you join and are generally non-refundable once a tournament begins.
  • Prizes are awarded according to the published rules of each tournament and may be subject to verification before payout.
  • We may withhold or reverse credits and prizes obtained through fraud, error, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, including software, game assets, logos, and text, are owned by R&B Gaming or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your display name, profile picture, and chat messages. By submitting content you grant R&B Gaming a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, freeze, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or created risk or legal exposure for R&B Gaming. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination.
